Customization & Implementation Service — Per Hour

Configuration, data preparation and imports, migration, reports, dashboards, automation, integrations and custom development tailored to your requirements.

• USD 25/hour, with a 1-hour minimum, then proportional billing.
• Scope and estimate are agreed beforehand; the approved estimate must be prepaid.
• Final charges follow actual working time. Unused prepayments remain as customer credit.
• Work exceeding the prepaid estimate pauses until additional work is approved and prepaid.

Cancellation credits and unused customization prepayments never expire and can pay for any Risco ERP purchase. They remain with the original account, are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law or to correct billing errors.

Billing, renewal, availability, and service conditions are governed by the applicable Risco terms.
