Risco ERP — Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 18 October 2026.

1. Operator and contact details

Risco ERP at riscoerp.com is operated by Risco s.a.r.l.

Public business/contact address: Versailles Center, ground floor, Jounieh, Lebanon. This address is provided as our business/contact address, not as our registered office.

Email: info@riscoerp.com
Telephone: +961 9 641 333
Telephone / WhatsApp: +961 70 540 587

These terms cover ERP subscriptions, hosting, capacity add-ons, implementation, customization, training, support and eWallet credit purchased through Risco ERP.

2. Orders and included services

Before confirming an order, please review the selected product, billing period, quantities, capacity limits, configuration details and total price.

Your confirmed order and any expressly agreed quotation or service agreement identify what is included. Additional applications, users, storage, migration, customization, integrations or training are included only where expressly stated.

Any additional chargeable work or material change to the agreed scope requires your approval before implementation.

3. Prices and payment methods

Prices are quoted in US dollars, unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and compulsory charges must be identified before payment.

Only payment methods offered for your particular order may be used. External payment providers process payments under their own terms.

A payment attempt is not confirmation of successful payment. Please retain your payment confirmation and transaction reference.

Except for automatic application of available Risco ERP eWallet credit as described below, customers must complete payment through an available payment method. Payments are not automatically deducted from an external Whish account.

4. Subscription billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed repeatedly according to the selected monthly or annual plan until closed.

An annual price is the charge for the annual billing period, not a monthly installment.

Renewal reminders are sent to the customer’s registered email address 7 days before the due date. The reminder states the amount due and explains that available eWallet credit may be deducted automatically if it covers the full renewal amount.

Customers must keep their registered email address accurate and up to date.

5. eWallet credit

Risco ERP eWallet credit is subject to the following conditions:

  • Credit may be used for all Risco ERP purchases, including subscriptions, hosting, add-ons and services.
  • Unused credit remains valid indefinitely and does not expire.
  • Credit is restricted to the account that purchased it and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Unused credit is non-refundable, except where required by law or to correct billing errors.
  • Available credit may be deducted automatically when a subscription renewal payment becomes due.
  • An automatic deduction occurs only when the wallet balance covers the full renewal amount.
  • If the balance is insufficient, no credit is deducted, and the full renewal amount remains payable through an available payment method.

Credit is recorded following successful confirmation of the corresponding top-up payment. Please contact us promptly if payment succeeds but the credit is missing or incorrect.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may contact us to request cancellation or non-renewal of your subscription.

When you request cancellation, access continues until the end of your paid subscription period, with no further renewal.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time, except where required by law or to correct billing errors.

Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory right to cancellation, withdrawal, refund or another legal remedy.

Where Lebanese distance-contract consumer protections apply, the statutory withdrawal framework includes a ten-day period from conclusion of a service contract, subject to applicable exceptions. Exceptions concerning services already used or certain online software purchases must be assessed according to the particular transaction, rather than treated as a blanket exclusion. Legal reference: Law 81/2018, Article 129.

Cancellation and refund requests should be sent to info@riscoerp.com, identifying the relevant account or order.

7. Late payment, suspension and restoration

Customers have a one-day grace period after a renewal payment becomes due.

Access may be suspended if payment remains unpaid after that period.

Suspended access is restored instantly after the overdue payment is successfully confirmed.

Restoration of suspended access is distinct from reopening a subscription that has ended and whose data has already been deleted under Section 11.

8. Subscription activation

New ERP subscriptions are activated instantly after successful payment confirmation and receipt of all required setup details.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate configuration and account information needed to prepare their ERP environment.

9. Support and availability

Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Response times vary according to the urgency and complexity of the request. No fixed response-time guarantee applies.

No fixed uptime percentage is guaranteed. Availability of support does not mean that every technical issue can be resolved immediately or that service interruptions cannot occur.

10. Capacity limits, add-ons and plan changes

ERP bundles include the user, company, branch, warehouse, application and storage limits stated in their product specifications.

Add-ons must be associated with the intended customer environment. Their quantities, prices, billing periods and activation arrangements must be clear before purchase or application.

Upgrade and downgrade charges, timing and effects on existing data must be explained and agreed before implementation.

11. Backups, data export and deletion

While the subscription is active

Customer ERP data is backed up daily.

Under the standard subscription, daily backups are retained for 30 days.

With the Extended Retention — 180 Days add-on, backups are retained for 180 days while the subscription is active.

After the subscription ends

Customer ERP data and backup copies remain available for export for 10 days after the subscription ends.

A standard ERP data export is provided free of charge during this ten-day retention window. Customers should contact us within that period to arrange their export.

Customer ERP data and all backup copies are deleted after those 10 days. This post-subscription deletion rule also applies to customers who purchased the 180-day extended-retention add-on.

Customers should obtain and securely retain any required export before the retention window expires.

12. Implementation, customization and training

Professional services are supplied according to the agreed scope, estimate and billing unit.

Hourly work is billed according to approved work and recorded time. On-site sessions and training are arranged by agreement.

Session duration, location, travel expenses and any additional charges must be confirmed beforehand. Additional work outside the agreed scope requires approval before it becomes chargeable.

13. Customer data, privacy and software rights

Customers retain ownership of their business data.

Risco s.a.r.l. may process customer information as necessary to provide the agreed services, subject to applicable law and relevant service arrangements.

Website personal-information practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Customer ERP hosting and processing arrangements may also be governed by a separate service or data-processing agreement.

Software, third-party applications and integrations remain subject to their applicable licenses. Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership of third-party software.

Customers must protect their credentials, manage authorized users and use the services lawfully.

14. Price changes and service notices

Subscription price changes apply only from a future renewal and are communicated at least 7 days before taking effect.

A price change does not retrospectively change the price of an already paid subscription period.

Renewal reminders, payment confirmations and price-change notices are sent to the customer’s registered email address.

15. Responsibility and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility, obligation or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The absence of a fixed response-time or uptime guarantee does not remove mandatory consumer protections.

16. Complaints, governing law and updates

Please contact us first at info@riscoerp.com so that we can investigate a complaint and seek a resolution.

These terms are governed by Lebanese law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Jurisdiction is determined under applicable law.

Updated terms will carry a revised effective date. Changes will not retrospectively alter a confirmed order without agreement or a legal requirement. Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be communicated before taking effect.
