Practical online training for your team, covering Risco ERP modules, daily workflows and questions.

  • USD 20/hour, with a 1-hour minimum, then proportional billing.
  • No participant limit.
  • For training beyond what is included in your ERP bundle.
  • Extra time requires your agreement and is payable immediately after the session.
Booking and cancellation

Book, cancel or reschedule through WhatsApp +961 70 540 587. Bookings are confirmed after the appointment time is agreed and advance payment is received.

With at least 24 hours' notice, cancellations become customer credit and sessions may be rescheduled without penalty. Late cancellations, late rescheduling and no-shows incur the full booked session fee.

If Risco cancels, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.

Customer credit

Cancellation credits and unused customization prepayments never expire and can pay for any Risco ERP purchase. They remain with the original account, are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law or to correct billing errors.
