On-site Training or Support — Per Session

In-person staff training, ERP/POS guidance, troubleshooting and configuration assistance throughout Lebanon.

• USD 75 per 2.5-hour session.
• Additional transport fees apply outside Beirut, Metn and Keserwan.
• Extra time requires your agreement and is billed proportionally at USD 30/hour, payable immediately after the session.
• Hardware, replacement parts and third-party fees are separate.

Book, cancel or reschedule through WhatsApp +961 70 540 587. Bookings are confirmed after the appointment time is agreed and advance payment is received.

With at least 24 hours' notice, cancellations become customer credit and sessions may be rescheduled without penalty. Late cancellations, late rescheduling and no-shows incur the full booked session fee.

If Risco cancels, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.

Cancellation credits and unused customization prepayments never expire and can pay for any Risco ERP purchase. They remain with the original account, are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law or to correct billing errors.

Billing, renewal, availability, and service conditions are governed by the applicable Risco terms.
